Given the current plans what additional insulation is required to reduce the amount of heat that is generated by the heat pump ?
Assuming additional insulation is applied, how much electricity will be used to power the heat pump ?

This information is an input to the PV requirement

There will be a combination of renewable technologies that will form an overal solution to the goal of achieving a zero energy usage for the house, which will also contribute towards reducing our carbon footprint. There is a minimum configuration of appliance that need to be operational in the event of a power cut :-
