Last month I gave a lecture to the New Forest friends of the Earth on improving insulation systems. I hold a number of sample materials.
if you were expecting a quote without a home inspection, I would not advise this.
as surveyors we can comment on consequential issues of improving insulation such as the risk of damp from condensation that may result.
Often refit work does not need local authority consents, but this can be discussed during a site visit.
