DAY1: Awaiting a Response

We had managed to get our plumber in the previous day to switch off the water and worked out that our house received 145,000 litres of water - that's a swimming pool's worth of water (25m x 3m x 2m). The water bill was £544


Because we registered late on Day zero, we were told we would get a call at 10am today, but nothing happend so I called through. TopMarx will be coming on Day 3 to review the property.


Meanwhile we had a pile of rubish on the drive that needed to be cleared away and another sleepless night.
